ELKAT Fishing Australia retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, and error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website.

Methods of payment

For online orders, accepted payments include credit cards and PayPal. The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from ELKAT Fishing Australia until the full amount is paid.

All products listed on elkatfishing.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Postage costs

AU$7 flat fee anywhere in Australia or free for orders over AU$50.

AU$25 flat fee for international orders.

Delivery instructions

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. ELKAT Fishing Australia will make every effort to deliver on time. All orders within Australia will be packaged and shipped within 2 working days and the method of delivery will be at the discretion of ELKAT Fishing Australia.

Return and refund

All goods sold by ELKAT Fishing Australia come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults and fit for its purpose. This warranty is not transferable.

Returns for refund are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to ELKAT Fishing Australia within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
